Bajra Roti Recipe | Soft Pearl Millet Roti (Kambu Roti)
Bajra roti recipe is one of those dishes that feels simple but carries real strength. It uses just a few ingredients. No wheat. No extras. Still, it keeps you full and warm for hours.
This roti made from bajra flour, also called pearl millet flour, is common in homes across Rajasthan and Gujarat. In Tamil Nadu, you’ll hear it as kambu roti.
I’ve seen this roti made early in the morning during winter. Hot tava. Quick hands. A little ghee on top. That smell alone pulls you to the kitchen.
What makes it special?
It is filling, gluten free, and steady on energy.
