Ghee is good and made in a typical home-made style. However, you can make it unique by adding something to it. As an example, we add Curd to “Malai” to give it a different flavor. In a similar way, you can make ghee unique without affecting its organic properties.
Ordered organic jaggery and organic ghee from #oorsandhai. Loved them both. The ghee has a warm, homely and mild aroma. The powdered jaggery is what we now add to #tea or #coffee at home and almost any other dish that needs sweetening… you can almost taste the natural organic sugarcane in the jaggery… will definitely order again.
