  • This Multi-millet Adai flour is made by sprouting and stone-grinding (that is, grinding done with traditional stone grinding machines instead of modern steel rollers) of multiple millets viz. Kodo Millet (Varagu), Little Millet (Saamai), Foxtail Millet (Thinai), Barnyard Millet (Kuthiraivaali) and Proso Millet (Pani Varagu). Stone grinding preserves much of the natural oil and mineral content.
  • The ingredients of Multi-millet Adai Mix are Sprouted Kodo Millet (Varagu), Sprouted Little Millet (Saamai), Sprouted Foxtail Millet (Thinai), Sprouted Barnyard Millet (Kuthiraivaali), Sprouted Proso Millet (Pani Varagu), Sprouted Toor Dal, Sprouted Green Moong, Sprouted Horse Gram, Sprouted Black Urad, Sprouted Chic Peas, Sprouted Corn, Maapillai Samba Rice, Salt, Chilly and Ginger.
  • Kodo Millet, Barnyard Millet and Foxtail Millet are reported to be good for heart health; Little Millet is an anti-oxidant powerhouse.
