- The Mix has the following 10 sprouted ingredients – Ragi, Kambu, Sorghum (Solam), Green Moong, Horse Gram, Black Gram, Corn, Wheat, Chickpeas, Fenugreek.
- The other millets present in the Anti-obesity Gruel Mix are – Varagu, Samai, Kuthirai Vali, Thinai, Pani Varagu.
- The Mix is sugar-free and fat-free, which helps in weight loss.
