  • This coconut oil is produced through wood cold pressing (49°C) of the coconut copra without the addition of preservatives like Sulphur. Hence, this oil is not only excellent for cooking but is also good for skin and hair.
  • The cold pressing method preserves the oil’s micronutrients and flavours. Thus, the cold pressed coconut oil has higher nutritional value.
  • What is the benefit of cold pressing over hot pressing? The hot pressing process involves the extraction of oil by combining high heat (200°C) with chemical solvents. This high temperature destroys most of the original nutrients.
  • Shelf life: 6 Months.
