Cancellation and Refund Policy
Oorsandhai.com shall not be liable in any manner for any goods damaged by reason of any act or omission of a customer after the time of delivery or customer’s failure to comply with any specific instructions provided for the use or care of the goods, accompanying the goods in question.
Considering the nature of the products sold through Oorsandhai.com, we do not accept the return of the sold products. However, in case the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, a replacement product will be sent to the customer free of charge. Please note that, if items are damaged upon delivery, the customer must notify us immediately through an email to service@oorsandhai.com or contact us through Whatsapp (9655124222) quoting the order number. Photographic evidence will then be required within 1 day.
- Free Replacement Policy: In the unlikely event that the customer is not satisfied with the purchase from oorsandhai.com, we will provide a free replacement with another product of the customer’s choice at an equivalent price.
For all material, we ask that the customer contact us within one (1) day of receipt of the product in order to qualify for a refund.
The customer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, only before the order has been shipped. If the customer wishes to cancel an order, the customer has to choose the “CANCEL ORDER” option under ORDERS – when the status of the Order is “Ordered” or “Pending”. In the event of cancellation of the order, we shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid.
Oorsandhai.com reserves the right to refuse product refund requests on questionable claims and does not offer refunds on products knowingly having been misused by the customer.
