என் பெயர் அமுதிழை. நிறைய பேர் "அமுது"ன்னுதான் கூப்பிடுவாங்க. அவங்ககிட்டே "தமிழோட சிறப்பு ழ. அது என் பெயரில் இருந்தும் கூப்பிட மாட்டேங்கிறீங்களே"ன்னு செல்லமா கோபிச்சுக்குவேன்.
மூணாவது தலைமுறை பார்த்துட்டேன். இப்போவெல்லாம் முன்னே மாதிரி இல்லை. விஞ்ஞானம், மருத்துவம்னு வளர்ச்சி ஒரு பக்கம் இருந்தாலும், சுவாசிக்கிற காத்துல, குடிக்கிற தண்ணியில, சாப்பிடற சாப்பாட்டுல என்னென்ன கெமிக்கல் இருக்குதோன்னு ஒரு யோசனையோடவே இருக்க வேண்டியதா இருக்கு.
இப்படி பேசுறதால நான் அந்த காலத்து ஆளாவே இருக்கேன்னு நினைச்சுடாதீங்க. காலத்துக்கு ஏத்த மாதிரி என்னை அப்டேட் பண்ணிட்டுதான் இருக்கேன்.
நம்மால முடிஞ்சுது என்னன்னா கொஞ்சம் கவனமா ஆரோக்கியமான, உரம் கலக்காத, பாரம்பரியமான உணவுப் பொருட்களை தேடிப் பிடிச்சு வாங்கி சமைச்சுக்கிறதுதான்.

I came to know about ' Oor Sandhai' through my brother. I ordered Naatu Sarkkarai from them. The packing was done very neatly in a thick carton box. The price is reasonable for its quality. The delivery was prompt. When tasted felt the freshness. Added the granules of golden colour Naatu Sarkkarai into my coffee and it made my morning totally blissful. Naatu Sarkkarai is a healthier substitute for white sugar and most of us have started using it in Coffee, Tea, Juices and even for making desserts. They also have good range of millets and that too par boiled millets which are very ideal for making idli, dosa, kozhukattai and porridge.

The powdered jaggery is what we now add to #tea or #coffee at home and almost any other dish that needs sweetening… you can almost taste the natural organic sugarcane in the jaggery… will definitely order again. I like the jaggery based Foxtail Millet laddu. Very nice. I purchased Navadhaniya Mix and Country Cow Ghee as well. Navadhaniya Mix Flour is good. Ghee is good and made in a typical home-made style. However, you can make the ghee unique by adding something to it. As an example, we add Curd to "Malai" to give it a different flavor. In a similar way, you can make ghee unique without affecting its organic properties.
